Greetings!

The review center on the homepage, is it gone forever?

I noticed a large white space below the new image slash search bar.

http://www.hedir.com/review-centre/index.php there is a link to the review center. We are still working on it. More than the change at design level this is a major conceptual change. We are upgraded from a Web 2.0 directory to Web 2.0 search engine.

Although the change was a surpise, now I've used it a few times I like it.

Did I miss an announcement though? When there is a change of this magnitude, it's nice to know about it before it happens Smile

Eases the shock of walking in to an unexpected new look ...

I think it's cleaner and more attractive.

Yes agreed there, writergrrl. We try to put all the upcoming plans in our exclusive forum (by invitation only). This was a special case where we thought that the idea is really big and should be implemented first.

Hedir was the first directory to implement this idea and it is really big. Just imagine,

We are voting and accordingly the position in the search engine will change. Once we crack the casual visitor participation mystery with an useful section for them I think we will have the best of all. We will be the best social search engine powered the best search program Google itself.

Hedir (community power) + Google (Search power) = Next Era

I will be working towards making this calculation more realistic.

I must admit i like the new look... clean.... and just a lot more visually appealing to the eye than it was with the review center attached...Nice work guys
