We have an additional opportunity to help new members quickly find out how to submit a site and how to do reviews.
On every page is the Community Review System text. The first 2 lines do not have links - it would be helpful, I think, to link "submit a site." to GoogleJunky's Submittal Guide , and to link "vote and review" to the "Review Guide".
I would also like to see some explanatory text added to the top of the Review Centre page. We should try to make it very clear to new members that we want them to review sites, not just submit their own and go away. It can also help get people to add sig links without the mods having to point it out all the time.
Something like this:

Hi grrrl, thanks a lot! Yeah, that would surely be more descriptive. I could not wait for Josh to do, as he is engrossed in his family affairs. Therefore I had to implement it myself. If there is any problem, please let me know. Btw, Josh would be back by tomorrow.
