Hedir Review : Still can't submit a site :-(

What am I doing wrong? This is really making me nuts ...

I logged in. Went to the directory. Went to Arts & Humanities > Crafts and tried to submit a site.

I can't! I keep seeing the message that I can't submit at that level, that I have to navigate further. There is nothing further down than Crafts!

Please help. This is the 2nd time this week I have been unable to submit a site.

go into the category your trying to enter your site into so that you can see the list of sites. Then press the submit site button.

- Is there any reason my popup blocker might affect the submittal? I don't remember seeing anything before ...
