It looks like they've got a lot there but I think the layout of this site with the narrow columns and scrolling window makes it hard to get an overview of what they do. - undecided _________________ Stairway to Devon - Devon Web Directory
I would agree with consumerism. After looking through quite a few pages I'm still uncertain as to what the software actually DOES. It seems to be a combination of process management and groupware style collaboration software, with some ecommerce glued on top. What I find telling is that I've worked with (or created) most of these kinds of software and I don't see any technology or methodology specific phrases. Instead there's a lot of empty marketing speak about "evolving your business without limits!" and "imagine the possibilities without boundaries" without actually explaining how these limits or boundaries can be surpassed (or indeed, what those boundaries and limits are).
But, in the end, that's more of an issue with how the software itself operates and less about the quality of the site. I feel the site explains the purpose of the software poorly but as a web site it doesn't suffer all that much. I think I recognized every piece of clip art used, which is a bad sign (Adobe Photo Collection Vol 1+).
Going Yes simply because this is the producer's web site and there isn't likely to be any better resources about so opaque a topic.
I agree with both previous posts. I do take into consideration that the content is very difficult to make appealing to the average visitor, but I also think that the homepage should outline what the software does (kind of like what CymaxStores said) more than emphasize on the content so much but it is not really a bad site because of that. I really can't say anything different because you guys hit the nail on the head in your posts.

But it looks like it is being modified somewhat since last time I looked (for the better). Looks like a CRM type application, I think. _________________ My site profile is at:

Decent site, but I don't like the design. Too big with too much stuff in a hard to follow layout. Needs work. Undecided. _________________ Please vote for my site at http://www.hedir.com/weight-loss/about21311.html.
I don't like vague marketing text - I still have just a little idea of what the software does ...
But the site is simple enough to navigate, I found products and demos easily. Colors are pleasant, layout is reasonable.
Submitter has never returned, don't waste your time on more feedback - just a Yes or No please, since it is clear the submitter is not going to follow up.
I thought the graphics on the site looked great and I think the colors used were great. I like the capability of hovering over the "features" and viewing a description of said items. I think the descriptions used for the features is over done and leads to confusion as to what exactly this website is promoting. So undecided, I think different wording would help.

Hi Guys, First things first I think the look is professional and neat, as a result easy to navigate. It has a clean feel to it and the product reflects these facts. Although a little vague but the 30 day trial would clear that hope I assume??
On the home page I had to scroll down to see the 30 day trial which on other pages I didn't. I feel that it's important to have this message of a free 30 day trial above news and events. It's a great way to attract customers and gives them confidence in you, as you probably well know! (not trying to teach you how to suck eggs! ).
I was dissapointed when I went to 'Purchase now' as in fact I couldn't purchase now...instead I was asked to contact you. I expected to see how much the product was and putting myself in the shoes of a potential buyer I immediately felt there was something to hide. I would look at this if I were you guys. If it puts me off then other potentials will feel the same.
Finally, on a positive, the product seems good, if it lives up to what you profess, and the site is smooth. Thanks for letting me look On the neg side - the product is no good for us guys we're fully sorted. I hope I haven't been to harsh...just speaking my mind!
Site has reached its quota of 6 Yes votes and is now approved for inclusion in the directory.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to write detailed reviews - too bad the submitter didn't come back to read them, but it helps others _________________ Review sites: Writergrrrrl's Yay or Nay list
