Hand typing directory information takes way to much time and is too prone to errors, One way to speed the process up is to create a text file, add all your site information to the file and cut and paste to each directory.
A better way uses FireFox and an add-on extension you can add to the FireFox browser. Open Free Link Directories and select which PR you want to work with. Open several directories, find the category you want to add your site to and go to the Add URL page.
Use InFormEnter to quickly add your web site information to the Add URL form, click enter, and go to the next. Close the page once you are finished adding the directory and open up the next. By having multiple directories open all the time you will spend far less time waiting as your site gets entered.
InFormEnter saves you the time and effort of cutting and pasting all the information to the form. This is a great way to save time and mistakes.
Directory submission has never been easier. OK, well it's still a pain, but this can cut your time in half.
I have heard on numerous forums that you should always vary anchor text during directory submissions so you links appear more natural. It seems with you method you are adding in identical title/description for each submission, correct? _________________ Janet

@Janet21: I believe you can store different link-text/descr. in the extension.

Be sure you have included several ways to have the text name of your site listed, put each text name on a new line. You can turn on the feature to show haw many characters is on each entry line, It is helpful to have different length descriptions, some directories like larger or small descriptions.
I normally keep different variations of the link text, and descriptions in the same file and mix them up some.
Because I'm a lazy typer I also have variations of the link for when I come across a directory that allows other than the index page to be listed.
The whole link or link text is visible when you use the extension, to tell the difference in the description either make sure the first of the description is different (which you will be able to see before you click on it ) or use the Number of characters in the description to help you remember which one you want to use.
