We apologize for removing the phpbb link. We used to have phpbb copyright but then removed it when we saw automated code injection attacks identifying its target through various phpbb footprints.

You seemed to be worried about what everyone else thinks and reporting back to god knows who.
HEDir took the copyright off to keep our community safe.
We do not not need confirmation from some other forum of people who are not here and wait for them to say it is ok.

This is not an answer that works in favor of HEDir.
When someone says your site is LOW for doing something. You don't say "I agree"

I was not aware of it untill it was mentioned specifically and I wanted them to come over here to check the answer. This will introduce few to Hedir.

Honestly I do not see the fuss over a copyright notice. I do understand that there is copyright issue and liscensing rules involved. Yes, we should respect copyright of phpbb and such. If whoever started this "fire" (either from hedir community or some other forums) had done their homework, this thread should not even be here.

Norah and team did no wrong in removing the phpbb copyright in the footer. Hedir did not commit theft of copyright. But minstrel did attack the integrity of hedir's admin and name of hedir as a whole with his baseless and unjust comments. _________________ Cheers!
