Okay, we have resolve the html links issue for now. That is one positive step forward.

What about the links' content? Are poster allow to have non-approved links in their signature. Signature is a must as it is more or less a standard practise for most forums and I view signatures as a priviledge that the community should have given the reviews they do.

This is an issue because not all search engine obey the non-follow tag. And hedir is about quality sites. If we have non-approved links in signature, it is like having a double standard. That is my take on that.

I do understand that I could be picking on many nerves here. I seek understanding that I am no personally against anyone in this forum. It is about having a quality forum as we create a quality directory.

baggeroli, I do not see any direct link. The signatures are all to hedir pages. Looks clean to me.

I really don't care if users leave straight html links in their sig with no <rel="nofollow"> but let's make a decision here. Allow it for everyone or don't allow it at all.

Since you are at it, might as well sort out the issue of url in the body of the posts that do not have a no-follow tag. Example: http://www.hedir.com/education/about15452.html , the post by fpf.
