If you havn't got to play with this tool yet then its time to take it for a test run.

It's based on 12 month period of collected data

You can get results from different language keyword/phrases
You can see how many times a word(s) is/are used within your site or a competitors site.

I had looked at this once before and it really wasn't up to power to be useful.
They seemed to have enhanced it a bit with more options.

Yes it is more useful now.

I can see why the ads on hedir are a bit off topic:
when you enter hedir you get a long list of keyword like
samia « Remove
mohamed « Remove
ahmed « Remove
salah « Remove
mustapha « Remove
karim « Remove
slimane « Remove
rachid « Remove
ould « Remove
souad « Remove
mourad « Remove
oran « Remove
... ...

For a change entering the URL hedir.com there are also keywords around the concept "hen nights" and "stag nights".

It´s not new, but now you don´t have to sign for AdWords account. And I do not agree with you CTPhil, it gives you enough.

It's not bad, but I had a bit of trouble finding keywords and phrases based on the max CPC. Once I figured out to enter in a ridiculously high number, however, I was fine.
