I see the people are submitting spam articles under article section so I have made some changes to the permission level.

Now only a member can post an article under the forums but anyone can post a reply to it.

I hate to do this but thanks to spammers Twisted Evil Evil or Very Mad blast away!

Since registration process can be automated, might I suggest going so far as to restrict topic starting to anyone who has more than 10 reviews?
