Seems to me like he wants to skip out of paying for his content with a backlink - not to mention that he still subscribes to the "bleeding pagerank" stupidity...

That guy is just being a script kiddy with nothing better to do.
I sure he was looking for a pat on the back for his accomplishment, but will get the barrel of the gun instead by the members at WPW.

This is 'stealing' - plain and simple!
Its really a concern that so many people are doing what this guy proposes to do. Om Malik from Gigaom had a case of wholesale lifting of his site content. After some prompt action taken by Om, the scrapper site had to close down. One guy at webmasterworld had his whole site copied. In this case, after stealing the homepage and some sections the 'innocent' scrapper even emailed, asking permission to copy all the articles!.

Number of cases like these are on the rise. Sadly we lack strict laws & regulations to check such 'content piracy'.
