Hedir Review : banned by Google?

I often come across a site, which does not have cache and back-links showing in Google, but in MSN and Yahoo there are back-links. And the site was launched more a year before. So, does it mean site is banned in Google ? If yes then, are there any other points which can help us to understand easily that site is actually banned ?

You thoughts would be much appreciated !

Use site command.
site:url of site
it it does not show indexpage or other internal page that means site is banned by google.

There might be another reason of banning a website by Google i.e. violating their terms and conditions. Go through the webmaster guidelines and general webmaster details at : http://www.google.com/intl/en/webmasters/guidelines.html

If anyone doesn't want a site to be banned by Google then he/she needs to find out the exact problem that violate Google's terms and conditions and then try to solve the problems.
