is there anyone around having his site already listed in google/msn local? i have been waiting for almost 4 months now.
first i submitted my site in google local and after submitting i got this message:

the whole process seems pretty simple to me. but am yet to get a pin number. i do click the Request another letter link time to time but in vein what shall i do now?
for submission to msn i used this form but with no results they do have a faq section and i think i followed that point.

Make sure your whois matches with your submission details. I am little away from this, will try to check it sometime. _________________ Web 2.0 bookmarking - I think you cant make it simpler.
Our site now appears in MSN Local I just submitted via the above link to msn and the BOT did the rest. We are also listed in Google local . Google picked that up from our listing in www.yell.com

The best way to get listed in msn local is first sign up at microsoft bcentral it is worth the $50 dollars believe me. Make sure you create a business card with them as well it is included in the price.
Once you get this page listed organiclly your chances of showing up in the local area is pretty good. Although I'll admit you may not need to be on the first page of msn in order for that to happen your site might show up anyway
Either way I highly recommend that you place your site in bcentral. Give it a try.
MSN is the fastest i've seen out of all the bots.... have no problems with submissions to them, they pop around the very next day... sure your submission details are correct? _________________ Web Development Cape Town
The local only accpet the USA listing, how can we submit a outside listing into it?
