Due to browser cache problem after you logged sometimes it shows the Register-Login menu. Again after you logged out sometime it shows the Search own-Edit Profile-Private Message-Logout menus. In the second case if you click any one of the links it asks you to login.
The easiest solution is to press CTRL+F5 if you are using Firefox or in IE refresh the page once again. We have taken steps to prevent this sort of problem, but sometimes it don't work properly. We will try to improve on this issue.
Francesco, if I am missing something please let me know. I will try to solve that.

I only have the login problem with IE6 at my work. I always thought it was a proxy problem but I guess I was wrong.

If you click on page 2/3/4 of a thread in Discussions since Last Visit you still get page 1 by default.
Another thing I've always wondered about: how come some submitters manage to submit their sites without a 750 char. long description? _________________ Please review some sites.

This one I think I can answer. I viewed a description submitted and then later seen it revised by the submitter. They started by meeting the 750 char limit and then edited it and made it shorter.

Instead of submitting a site aiden66 (guest) had added a post directly in that forum. This is due to the permission problem in the forums. We have already redesigned the forum guidelines. We need to discuss about it to make the rules proper, so that we can follow them strictly. We will check all the forums for any violation of those rules. If we find any, we will correct them. For the post Anthony had already taken steps.

There are some code malfunctioning. I will correct them.
Do I understand this correctly? Not only can you still post as guest (which IMO should have been disallowed long ago) but you can also guest-post in the Accepted Sites Forums? _________________ Please review some sites.

Unfortunately you understood it correctly. Now guest can post a new topic in that forum. This should not be. In site submission, added site and rejected now forums guest cann't post a new topic.
