Very tricky and shabby method. Don't You think that we could blacklist such places? I know it is kind of advertisement for them but with good (bad) description and with just domain names not links.

Usually this kind of dirs are much higher in index. They use Your content to built their position. The terrible thing is, that with 302 redirect, SE can start to treat Your content as theirs. This is, i guess what You call high-jacking. Am I right?

I just now read through this thread and in the past I have had my front page jacked by a malicious directory and it was very annoying to say the least. But I found a good javascript code which helps prevent this from happening below:
Of course, you have to replace the "K" with a "c" in both <sKript> commands and then just copy and paste the script code into the top of the <BODY> section of your front page and any or all other pages on your sites, then your site will be more secure for sure. Yeah, that's it. And, of course, for security reasons its a good idea to block the word "s-c-r-i-p-t" so you don't have any idiots trying to crack the boards et al. As I'm sure you know, there are many VERY DANGEROUS javaskripts out there and I've seen more then a few forum boards that look alot this one get owned all of a sudden like! "D'OH!"
