In simpler terms,

Parked Domain : A 301 redirection used mainly to handle different domains (example say hedir.org,hedir.net pointing to hedir.com). A very handy tool.

Add-on Domain : It is a way to handle different website on the same web host. Add-on domain account will share common resources like webspace and bandwidth with the main domain account. It saves you money Smile
