I am Dnana from India. I heard about Hedir from a friend of mine, and was stunned by the amazing work that you guys are doing these days. I could not resist being a part of this wonderful and passionate group of people. Looking forward to learning a whole lot of things from you guys. Thanks for the motivating words. We are trying our best to make it the one empowering you, the real customer. Hedir is much more than a directory, it is an attempt to rank sites on the basis of community feedbacks. I am sure with time you will be able to learn more about Hedir and its working.

I have answered your other post about directory value for links. Hope you find it helpful. Hedir is a concept and is wonderful but more wonderful is its community. I love all of them they are so wonderful. I am sure you will also like the community. As my blog says I have somewhat 14,000 hrs of experience with online business. I am no expert but a good observant and experimental. I have decided to offer some in-depth answers exclusively for Hedir members. Also I will try to get some of my friends from the business world to answer your queries (They are too busy but still I can always ask them direct questions and then answer your queries, I am lucky to have really experienced Gurus).

I am employed with a web development firm and am involved in the development of a website that is less than 2 yrs. old. As for my experience in the online world goes, its only 6 months. Everyday is a new learning experience for me. I really love computers and want do something good in life and make my parents feel proud. My motto in life is,

I have stopped measuring experience in terms of month, I will rather go with seconds. Since seconds were a little too much I decided to go with hours, so I have over 14,000 hrs of experience in online business. Its almost 11:55 pm and I am still reading documents.
a lot of what AjiNIMC keeps saying is so true.
When you see a ,"I'm an expert", type site or someone talking about being an expert then use that information as a guide only. Your personal experience when taking actions to make things happen is the real truth and the teacher of how things work.
I learned more about webdesign and SEO in my first 6 months than any other time. I read everything possible and then took action on what I believed to be true and not always following word for word what most see as the gospel on how the web works. Do what you think is right.

Yup I am a baby in this field but what I believe is you got to make your experience count and am trying to gain some of it from my friends here. BTW, I am a boy. As with the pic, I put it as I really love to cuddle small babies and the pic is really cute, isnt it ?
