Personally, I dislike so much of ads, hell lot links, bad designing, crawling horizontal bar for more info. There are some more which I'm not able to remember.
Like ya'all have already mentioned. I hate anything blinking / distracting. I hate too many ads. I also hate pages / links that are broken. _________________
In addition the items listed above, my personal "Grrr" list includes sites that put important information, like contact info, in an image without an alt tag. If it was text, it would be easy to copy and paste in my contact database. Try to make things easy for your end users.
Another thing is inconsistent navigation. Main parts of the site should be accessible from every page with the same navigation. Again.. easy for your visitors is a good thing!
Overuse of ads
audio & video that starts automatically!! Big no no
Pop-up and i hit the [X]
audio with no STOP button.. i always run music in the background and they clash
Grammar, eg 733t
Poor layout
Hard to navigate
So much Ads, I too find them annoying, though they generate income, but in my opinion they degrade the visitor experience too much. Apart from that I hate pop-ups and interstitials (stuff that flies across your screen).
2. Lack of proper contrast between text foreground and background.
3. Claiming to follow some W3C standard when all pages fail. The odd mistake(s) is/are Ok-(ish).
4. Claiming a site to be Accessible when it fails miserably. Claiming a site to be of high accessibility (ie level 3 WAI) when it barely passes Level 1. IMHO that is criminal.
I am not bother if a site follows W3C standard, if it's accessible or not.
But I find it v wrong to stick badges when they fail.
4. If a site is overstuffed with ads, flying-ads and pop-ups I close it immediately. Such an auto-reflex I am not even aware they exist! (Hence almost forgot to mention as a complaint). Oh yeah if they play-music too.
5. Sites that make me think. I am not very clever ya know. Please don't make me think! (Isn't that the title of some book? )
Varying layouts and layout themes from page to related page.
I also hate popups. Especially JavaScript popups that come up with the [X] tiny and hidden nicely in the bottom left corner or something equally annoying. OOH I hate that. _________________ Contact Table Generator Email address munger

anything flashing or moving around. Forms that ask for my name, address, phone, etc for no apparent reason, especially without a privacy policy. Tiny light grey text. _________________ Devon Business Directory
I hate the floating animated Flash ads that come sliding in from the side and obscure the page, along with pop-ups/unders and automatic music _________________ Do you recommend oakgroveoutfitters.com?
I hates side which takes lots of time to open & contains lots of images, flash files, too many ads, lots of links and so on.. _________________ If we were born knowing everything, what would we do with all time on this earth?

It is really the worst thing to play music and video on your visitor's machines _________________ roksolana-dating.com roksolana.com.ua aMariner.net
I'll jump on the bandwagon and agree with pretty much everything everyone else has said so far.
As my own addition to the list:
I hate websites (especially ones for small businesses) that have multiple links pages. In most cases, the links are completely irrelevant and are an obvious attempt to get backlinks to improve page rank. For example, I was viewing a website that is trying to sell jewelry, and in the links section, it had multiple links to "car" websites. I doubt cars have anything to do with the jewelry they are trying to sell. _________________ I'm here to help
