I got a very simple question in my mind. Search Engine or Directory? Which one might fetch you valued traffic for your site? Any idea? Just out of curiosity!
I would suggest that, relatively speaking, there are only a few directories that people actually use to conduct a search for a particular product, or service. The SE's would bring the majority of visitors but I suppose the directories would bring you more qualified visitors, ones who are looking for your product/service and more likely to buy. Good question though. _________________ Please help us to improve HEDir by reviewing some sites.
Agree with Nozzmoking. I also feel that directories are reliable and excellent source of targeted visitors. No doubt search engine sends huge number visitors but it's not necessary that out of those all would be converting into customers. Therefore, it's not enough to simply 'count' the number of visitors. One should pay attention at the 'conversion rate' as well.
