I'm creating multiple language pages for two of my websites. In terms of SEO, it's better for me to:
1. Create subdomains such as sp.mywebsite.com/ for the spanish version of the website.
2. Create subpages such as mywebsite.com/sp/ for the spanish version of the website. _________________ Contact Table Generator Email address munger

No matter whether it is sub-pages or sub-domain, Search Engines index both. Now it's up-to-you, how much you are going to make that page useful for the visitors.
