- It seems everyone has covered what not to do when designing a web page. I can remember when I first was dabbling in web design and uploading them to geocities, I saw pages that looked like this one. For a business site the layout and graphics should be more professional. There are tons of sites that offer templates for purchase to give you that business look and attrack more customers. Remember only 3 colors, limit the moving things as they detract from the text, navigational buttons should easy to read and logical, (text on graphics should be high contrast). White is better for companies, avoid the black background. Its too hard to read and the text has to be white to read and it won't print. I think an inclusion is good because of the content.

- Wow, this is really an old school design
 Reminds me of my early work - we were all so excited to be able to add color and images, we just slapped a lot of stuff together and thought we were hot stuff.
This site lacks the "design" part of "web design". I think previous reviewers have adequately described its shortcomings.
- Failed WC3 validation (no surprise there)
But this is a niche, and the information is useful. There has been a lot of thought put into the actual data, even though the design looks haphazard. I'm voting Yes because of the helpfulness of the data. So many sites are being designed for search engines anymore, it's refreshing to see someone put out a lot of solid info for real live users.
