Hedir Review : Looking for translators

I have a site, www.addressmunger.com, which was accepted by HEDir a few months ago. I'm soliciting translators for the page.

Need: Two translators per language, to do translating, checking grammar, and verifying that the translation actually says what the translator claims.

Payment: Each translator's adsense code running one third of the time, done randomly as with HEDir. My adsense code will run the other third of the time. This will be for one full year.

To clarify the payment: The translated pages will have Google ads on them. As payment for the translation, I will put ads to run with your adsense ID one third of the time, the second translator's adsense ID one third of the time, and my adsense ID one third of the time.

I'm also willing to include a permanent link to the page that is translated.

I could also use a translator for "http://www.ourspacer.com". Same deal as above.

Update:

1. Someone offered to translate French for me, so (assuming they send that translation) I don't think I need it anymore. Instead of a permanent link on the French page, they asked for a temporary link on the front page. (He's doing some SEO contest.) I thought this was OK.

2. Update to offer: Permanent link to your page on the page you translate, along with the revenue sharing.

3. Update to offer: Obviously not being able to offer cash for translations makes it hard to find translators. So I'm going to ask for only one translator for each language, with 50% revenue sharing instead of 33%, along with the permanent link on the page translated.

4. Would it sweeten the deal if I threw in some Hedir points? Laughing
