I really don't know much about internet law, but I suppose if they purchased the ebooks and have resell or sharing option and want to share them with you. I guess it's legal. I don't really know. I have personally purchased ebooks, that stipulate resell or giveaway rights.
I wouldn't advise going to there site and downloading all the stuff and trying to sell what someone has shared with you for free. It might not be illegal, but it sure sounds unethical.

I personally enjoyed some of the spiritual information. I guess it all depends on what a person is looking for as to the usefulness of it.
It never hurts to share information and leave it up to the viewer whether it's useful to them.
