Is there any other way to get listed on ASK.COM besides a paid listing on google that ASK directory gets their listing from?

I have a google ad words campaign that I am working on, but would like to know if there is another way to get listed. They are advertising like crazy and as history shows us the directory that advertises is the next big thing. Getting listed now would be in our best interest to get more traffic.

Bobbi

Build a high quality site with strong content.

I checked 5 of my clients' sites and they are all listed in ask.com - I've never done anything to get them listed there.

Info on ask.com

You will notice that it says

dmoz (Open Directory Project)

and then it says

Teoma crawls the web, so if you have links pointing at your web site, you may get included naturally.
