There are lots of directory, which says - submit your site for free. But when you actually get in to submit and complete all the steps, and finally you are asked to pay $$$ and enjoy listings Mad

despite my site get PR4 last pr update.
I presented my site to review some months ago! Is it so bad. Please advice, friends
