Hedir Review : PR 10 Backlinks

Now we all know that google is top dog of all the websites out there. So how did they manage that. They have millions of backlinks maybe ?
Well if they do, i`m sure they have plenty that are on low ranking websites and spam and porn and all the stuff that we can`t have on our sites or we will get penalized for it. So how have they managed to get away with it and have such a high PR. Or am i really making any sence ???

i get what you are saying, but u have to remember its googles algorithm... hence they can do whatever they darn well feel like... lol
